These terms govern your use of the PHYTO 365 website (phytostore365.com) and any orders placed through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms. The website is operated by Phyto Essential Oils Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 07819825).

2. Products

All products are 100% pure essential oils designed for aromatherapy, home fragrance, and personal care routines (when properly diluted). Always perform a patch test before first use.

3. Orders & Samples

Sample requests are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of free samples per household. Paid orders are confirmed by email and fulfilled within 3-5 business days for EU delivery.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping

We ship across the UK and EU. Standard delivery to Spain and mainland EU takes 3-5 business days. Free shipping on orders over £30. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for orders under £30.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to return unopened products for a full refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. To initiate a return, contact us at support@phytostore365.com. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

All content on this website — text, images, logos, designs — is the property of Phyto Essential Oils Ltd and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Essential oils should be used as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have any concerns, we recommend consulting a qualified professional before use.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
